Academic Program Review: Introduction

Welcome!

Bringing the library to faculty, staff, and students is the University Libraries' vision.  Integral to this process is the continuous assessment of resources and services provided.  Statistics are collected and analyzed on an annual basis, as the University Libraries' faculty and staff solicit feedback from library users on the website, instruction, and services/resources available.

Southwest Baptist University requires each academic department to submit an annual report, which is part of the academic program review process. The University Libraries' faculty and staff strive for transparency in the analysis/final reporting process of all assessment. Data collection is not simply done to fulfill a requirement, however.  It shapes the evolution of the University Libraries' Mission, Vision, and Core Values, as modifications to services/resources are made based on user feedback whenever it is fiscally possible.  All reports by the University Libraries are made available here.
