Library Blackboard Integration

How can we support you & your students in Blackboard?
University Libraries is hoping to improve faculty & student access to information & resources within Blackboard.  You tell us what you want, we will create the Blackboard modules, and we copy them into your course for you!  Simple, fast, and easy!
Contact Rachel Wallenbeck, the Digital Services Librarian, for more information.

Do you need some ideas on what we can create for you & your students?
Here is a list to get you started.

NEW! InfoLit Modules

SBU Libraries has added a new information literacy resource!

Students who access InfoLit Modules will learn information literacy by interacting with the resource through videos, tutorials, quizzes, and more.  A pre-test and a post-test gauges the students' understanding of information literacy.  This resource can be used in classes for a grade if the students make an account!
Contact Rachel Wallenbeck, the Digital Services Librarian, for more information.

As of the Fall semester, we no longer subscribe to the following databases:

  • America: History & Life
  • Historical Abstracts
  • Naxos Music Library: Jazz
