Assignment Syllabi

English Composition syllabi are subject to change each semester.  I will add updated versions as I receive them.  As of the Spring 2012 semester, here are assignment sheets with the requirements for selecting sources, number, etc.  Because, students don't often remember what they need!

Literary Criticism Specific Resources

As far as reference books go, my favorite reference resources are Contemporary, Nineteenth, and Twentieth Century Literary Criticism.  I think the link to the databases is pretty self-explanatory.  Note the tutorials on the lefthand side of the "Databases" page and the GALE index to literary criticism (which is a FREE resource that allows students to determine which print reference books contain literary criticism on their author/novel).
